You release, waive, and discharge Peachy Peps and its owners, members, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries of any kind arising out of or related to the products or your use or misuse of them, including any use in violation of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peachy Peps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any personal injury, arising out of or related to the products or these Terms. In no event will Peachy Peps's total liability exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peachy Pepsand its owners, members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your purchase, use, or misuse of the products, or your breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for determining whether the products are lawful to purchase, possess, and use in your jurisdiction, and for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Peachy Peps may refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline it. Payment is made outside the website via Venmo, and your order is reserved but not confirmed until payment is received and verified. We are not responsible for errors in payment made to an incorrect account.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. Because of the nature of the products, all sales are final and no returns or refunds are offered once an order has shipped, except as required by law. Contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
